Companies are now looking for young specialists with enormous empathy and a high degree of flexibility, which is a challenge given the broad, generalist supply that currently dominates the market. So where is all that talent everyone wants? Who will realize their potential? Who will develop them into young professionals? The Hospitalitist, that’s who.
We believe that whatever the nature of your service or product, the end user’s (or rather the guest’s) experience must be your main aim. However, the conditions for this experience vary constantly: it has to be more exclusive, more customer focused, more narrative. So, what can you do to guarantee continued success?
The Hospitalitist says: it’s all about adaptability – so the human factor is crucial. People make the biggest difference. All our efforts are therefore aimed at developing our people; and the hospitality industry, whose nature is deeply service-oriented, lends itself extremely well to the development of talent. The people at The Hospitalitist are first and foremost hosts or hostesses; this gives them a head start over the rest, and it will give you one too.
From young talent to young professional: you start out at The Hospitalitist as a host or hostess and you work your way up to the position of sommelier, barista, events manager, consultant or even entrepreneur. What might start out as a part-time job could end up serving as a springboard for your future!
The Hospitalitist can only develop further if the people within the organisation develop too. The entire organisation is geared towards helping people to grow. This takes place against a background of the coolest companies; from luxury hotels and restaurants to exclusive caterers and locations.
The focus on working together with The Hospitalitist is always on mutual growth: how can we further develop our talent by working at your company? And, how can your product improve by working with talent from The Hospitalitist? This is the best way of reaching greater heights together.
It doesn’t always have to be bigger; sometimes it simply needs to be better. By putting the guest’s needs first, The Hospitalitist manages to enable organisations to excel. We therefore train our people in competences such as thinking creatively and thinking ahead, communicative power and emotional intelligence.
The Hospitalitist doesn’t provide extra hands, it offers solutions to the challenges that you face. Feel free to involve us in any issue. For a number of our partners we have set up a new and unique product by means of co-creation. For them it’s a way of distinguishing themselves; for us it is a way of enriching the development of our people even more.

The oldest and largest branch of The Hospitalitist. In the capital city we work for a hugely appealing and mixed range of partners. Luxury hotels, leading caterers and awesome locations. We have got two offices here and we are actively involved in the hotel school, student organisations and our own talent, from our centrally situated and easily reachable location.
The Hospitalitist’s quirkiest branch. Closely associated with the hotel school and companies in the wider area stretching from the coast inland. It is a growing but close-knit team with a huge variety of characters. There are many opportunities and the environment is certainly ideal for learning new skills!
Our newest branch is full of energy, with lots of collaboration and a healthy focus on the surroundings in which many of our partners are scattered and where we would like to continue to grow. There is a lot of scope here for using your own initiative.
