They contribute to our vision, department goals, and budget, ensuring excellence in every aspect. Committed to superior guest service, they establish and uphold training procedures and meticulously plan drink menus. Additionally, they actively manage costs, implement policies to minimize waste, and champion sustainability through collaboration with the Gardener/Farmer. - Proven experience as an restaurant manager or in a similar culinary leadership role;
- Strong knowledge of sustainable sourcing, beverage and waste reduction;
- Familiarity with relevant certifications (e.g., organic, fair trade, MSC) and sustainability standards;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, staff, and management;
- Knowledge of cost management and budgeting;
