We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and dedicated Bartender to join our upscale Italian restaurant, VENTUNO, set to launch on the 21st floor of the Ruby-Emma Hotel in Amsterdam. As a Bartender, your role is essential in ensuring our guests savor a perfect dining experience. Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and various beverages promptly and with a courteous demeanor.
• Address customer queries and accommodate special requests by offering guidance and suggestions.
• Keep the bar area orderly and well-stocked, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
• Adhere to prescribed recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
• Cooperate with kitchen and service personnel to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar position within an upscale restaurant.
• Proficiency in mixology, along with a grasp of contemporary cocktail trends
• Capable of delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
