Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with promptness and courtesy.
• Attend to customer inquiries and special requests, offering recommendations and suggestions.
• Maintain a clean and well-kept dining room, including setting and clearing tables as required.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to ensure a flawless dining experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to established service standards, ensuring consistency and upholding quality.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant;
• Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Familiarity with wine and cocktail service is advantageous;
• "Must speak fluent English; Dutch proficiency is not mandatory.
